Sam Green is a versatile guitarist and Berklee College of Music alum with experience performing and teaching numerous guitar styles. He has participated in several classical guitar master classes and is a current member of the Macon Guitar Quartet. Sam has years of dedication to a variety of musical genres including rock and jazz.
Sean Thrower is Professor of Guitar at Berry College in Rome, Georgia. He holds both a Bachelors and Masters degree in classical guitar performance from the University of Georgia where he studied under the founder of the program, John Sutherland and Georgia Guitar Quartet member, Dr. Phil Snyder. Beyond his classical training, Sean has spent years studying contemporary forms of music including jazz and rock. He has performed in master classes for David Russell, Jason Vieaux, Sheron Isbin, Pepe Romero, and Eduardo Meirinhos. He has also played with several rock bands and jazz combos, performed as solo guitarist with the University of Georgia Symphony Orchestra and combined choirs, and given a performance as guitarist for the UGA Men’s Varsity Singers.
Sam and Sean first played together several years ago in a classical guitar quartet under the direction of Terry Cantwell at Macon State. Soon the two musicians began jamming outside of rehearsal and have since been writing and arranging as the duo, Terminus Falls
